Introduction
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using eboov. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use our service.
Membership
Please check the box to order your eboov membership and/or product. By checking this box, you confirm that you agree to be billed as stated on the checkout page and that you understand and accept our no-refund policy, except under specific conditions outlined in the Refund Policy. Note that your subscription membership will be automatically renewed each month, and you have the option to cancel anytime.
It is the user’s sole responsibility to cancel the membership before the monthly subscription is due. eboov will not be responsible for any continued charges if the cancellation process is incomplete or if the user fails to cancel before the renewal date. This applies to all eboov memberships.
Cancellation Policy
Main Subscription Cancellation:
- Where to Cancel: Users can cancel their main subscription directly from their membership account by navigating to the “Account Settings” section.
- How to Cancel: In “Account Settings,” go to the “Subscription” tab and select the “Cancel Subscription” option. Once the cancellation is processed, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- When to Cancel: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, users must cancel their subscription before the next billing date. No partial refunds will be issued for any unused days remaining in the current billing period.
Users will receive an email confirmation after canceling their subscription. If users do not receive this confirmation, it is their responsibility to contact customer support immediately to ensure the process has been completed.
Trial Membership Cancellation:
- Where to Cancel: Users can cancel their trial membership by going to the “Account Settings” section of their membership.
- How to Cancel: In “Account Settings,” navigate to the “Subscription” tab and click on “Cancel Trial.” The trial will remain active until the end of the trial period, after which the membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled.
- When to Cancel: Users must cancel their trial before the trial end date to avoid any charges. Once the trial ends and the subscription converts to a paid membership, standard subscription terms apply.
Users will receive an email confirmation after canceling their trial. If users do not receive this confirmation, they should contact customer support to verify the cancellation has been processed.
Subscription Hold Option:
If you need a temporary break from your subscription, you can request to place your membership on hold instead of canceling. Please contact our support team for assistance with this option.
No Partial Refunds for Unused Days
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days when a subscription is canceled during an active billing period. Once a subscription is canceled, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be given for the remaining time.
Refund Policy
We offer a refund of the first month’s fees under the following conditions:
Setup Requirement:
Users are required to ensure their accounts are set up correctly. We provide an onboarding call to guide users through the setup process, along with access to instructional videos in the membership. Live help calls are also available for additional assistance. To demonstrate goodwill, users must ensure their setup is complete and accurate.
Performance Guarantee:
If users are not achieving improved results with the same ad spend and marketing efforts as the previous full month, they may be eligible for a refund of the first month’s fees. To qualify, users must:
- Provide verifiable data of the previous full month’s ad spend and marketing results.
- Provide comparable data for the current month’s ad spend and results.
- Ensure they are not in violation of any platform terms and conditions.
The refund request must be submitted within 2 days after the billing period ends. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and include all required documentation. Our team will review the provided data, and if all criteria are met, a refund may be granted. Refunds are at our sole discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds only apply to the first month’s fees of our primary product; subsequent payments or fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Products:
- Casper Method Bundle: Purchases of the Casper Method Bundle, including the Casper Method Playbook, are non-refundable.
- DFY VSL (Discontinued): The DFY VSL product is no longer available. For future offerings of similar products, updated terms will be provided.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of eboov following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Privacy Policy
Please refer to our privacy policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users.
Intellectual Property
All content included on eboov, such as text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of eboov or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any content found on eboov without express written consent from us.
Disclaimer of Warranties
eboov is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of eboov or the information, content, materials, or products included on eboov.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of eboov, including, but not limited to, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, or the cost of procuring substitute goods or services.
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the incident.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or governmental regulations.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
