Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
At eboov, we believe in the effectiveness of our software and the positive impact it can have on our customers’ businesses. We are committed to delivering results that exceed expectations and are confident in our ability to do so.
To demonstrate this commitment, we offer a money-back guarantee to our customers who have purchased our software and are paying the ongoing monthly subscription fee. If you do not see an improvement in your results after using our software for a full month, we will refund your money for that month’s subscription fee.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must document the results of your usage with eboov.
- You must send equal amounts of traffic over the 30-day period with eboov that you send in an average 30-day period driving traffic to a traditional opt-in page.
- You must show that your results have not improved (you did not receive more leads) as a result of using our software when compared to a traditional opt-in page.
To apply for a refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of purchasing eboov. We will review your documentation and determine if you are eligible for a refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above requirements or that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
